All bookings require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Remaining balance must be paid in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

I do not offer same day rescheduling. Canceled appointments are still NON-REFUNDABLE. You may reschedule up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. The rescheduling fee is $50.00 if you fail to meet these guidelines. After the second request to reschedule, Stella’s Photography will cancel your appointment.

In 8-14 business days from the time you select your edits. Business days are ONLY (Monday- Friday) not including weekends or holidays. Depending on workload and peak seasons, it can take up to 14 business days. Unless you plan on paying the rush fee expect to receive edits within time frame. A $150 rush fee can be applied for a 48-72 hour photo release if you are last minute booking.

Your appointment will start on time. NOT EARLY. I charge a late fee $15 if you are more than 10 minutes late. After 20 minutes of being late to your photo session it will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please arrive on time or you will risk a shorter session. Total time includes any prep time getting dress or doing hair/makeup. I recommend coming dressed.

Rush fee: $150.00 for a 48-72 hour photo release

Squeeze in fee: $100.00, this option is not always available. Please plan accordingly.

EXTRA TIME: $75.00 FOR 30 MINUTES
